    We are hiring an Office Manager to help us streamline processes and drive efficiency throughout the business. Accounting and HR experience is helpful but not essential. You will work closely and have the support of the CEO and support the wider team.

    About the role

    • Managing day to day office operations
    • Liaising with the BD team to facilitate the sales and marketing effort and increase the customer base
    • Responsibility for admin panel managing financial transactions to ensure payments have been received in accordance with contracts
    • Monitor KPIs (OKRs) for the team and work to improve processes
    • Compile material for monthly reporting
    • Liaise with accountant and Finance Director
    • Administration and diary management responsibilities
    • Responsibility for banking & payments
    • Manage financial information in Xero and Float
    • Process payroll via Xero
    • Prepare monthly reports for management team and other key stakeholders
    • Hiring responsibilities as our team grows

    What we are looking for

    • Experienced Office Manager or Executive Assistant to C-suite with minimum 5 years experience
    • Ability to show initiative and problem solve in a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Logically minded individual who enjoys improving processes
    • Tech start-up experience a bonus
    • B2B experience a bonus
    • Financial services and/ or HR experience is a bonus
    • Competence in Excel and generally good tech skills
    • Driven candidate with strong attention to detail
    • Passion to improve client experiences in professional services
    • The ability to work independently with little supervision
    • The ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems in a time sensitive manner
    • Flexible attitude to attend to urgent matters arising
    • Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Enthusiasm and ability to hit the ground running and pass on experience to improve processes

    We have an opening for a highly motivated Business Development Manager in the North West who will be able to make an impact on this notable legal start-up. We are a passionate, entrepreneurial team that is revolutionising the way law firms communicate with clients; improving the experience for all. The Link App has been ranked in the top 5 mobile start-ups in the UK by KPMG and Red Herring top 100 in Europe in 2018.

    The Link App is looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with experience in winning new business in this sector. To be able to
    negotiate firm wide rollouts with clients to meet revenue targets. Need to be able to build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our tech platform and the other SaaS tools we use to run our business efficiently. To be successful in this role you need to be able to identify the key decision makers and qualify leads received by the team. Manage and report against pipeline and sales targets. Call and meet with clients to outline the benefits. You will receive support from the team and be provided with qualified leads but lead generation experience and a network in this sector is advantageous. Your role take the client from expression of interest to close to successful roll out, so they make the most of using our product. Generate new and repeat business in line with targets.

    The Team

    The Link App is a small but well-formed team and sales will work closely with Marketing and Product. You will be in the exciting position to be the only dedicated representative in the North in this role with a large territory. You will benefit from a SDR providing qualified leads and digital marketing support. Within a short period, you would have ramped up and be comfortable using Salesforce and other prospecting tools. Direct access to the CEO and management team for training and progression. You will be required to share insights with the team to improve the quality of the conversations and honing our messaging will be an important part of your role.
