Lauren is the proud founder of The Link App. In 2013, sitting behind her desk as a solicitor, she could see the day-to-day problems faced by law firms and their clients alike and set about making waves to solve them.She has a keen focus on providing excellent service, in order to make The Link App what it is. Ultimately, for Lauren, success through achieving her goals is everything.
Claire is our business development manager, with over 10 years of experience in the legal sector. Her time as a solicitor means that she has a real understanding of the problems faced by our users, particularly where communication is involved. This experience, combined with her passion for addressing the legal profession’s use of technology to improve client relationships, led her to The Link App. Claire now makes it her mission to get our product to as many firms as possible so that they can reap the benefits.
Marvin is our product manager. A former software engineer and project manager in a global company, Marvin boasts a wide range of skills that enable him to find creative and data-driven solutions to empower the end users while keeping the technical integrity of our products.
Anna is our office manager here, helping everything run smoothly for clients and keeping the team on track. Previous experience in tech start-ups has led her to develop a keen interest in technology that makes a genuine difference to the company.
Her background in hospitality and events means that she knows how to stay calm under pressure (and what makes a good party!). She is also our resident baker, happily providing much-needed treats in the office – which, in addition to her experience, makes her an invaluable member of The Link App team.
Antony has worked in a law firm but has a technological background. As our sales development representative, his main role here at The Link App is to spread the word about our product and help our users on their journey to better client communication.
Antony loves nothing more than building relationships – and the occasional chat as well – so he is the ideal person to speak to if you are keen to find out more about how we make a difference.
Lauren is our digital marketing apprentice. She recently graduated with a first-class honours degree. She has a strong background in videography, creating content and graphics. She began creating video at the age of 13 and, since then, has been refining her skills and learning new ways to creatively reach audiences. Lauren is excited to transfer these skills into marketing for users of The Link App.
Nigel is our chairman and has been working with us for years. As the global co-chairman of DLA Piper until April 2016, Nigel is widely acclaimed as the driving force behind their remarkable growth, taking the firm from its UK regional origins to the global business it is today. Currently, he is also the chairman of DWF. Nigel’s experience is a valuable asset to our strategy and execution in the legal sector.
With over 20 years of legal and business experience both in private practice and commerce, Ruth has worked in and advised a number of start-ups and growth businesses in the technology and legal sectors and adds her respected insight to our team.
Adam is a successful entrepreneur. After training with PwC, he co-founded ProConfirm, a software company connecting banks with audit firms through an online portal. ProConfirm was acquired by a global leader, confirmation.com, where Adam worked across sales, marketing and product management. Adam is a mentor at Launch22, where he helps early stage businesses with their product and business strategies.
